Dr. John Wu has taught at ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ since 2001 in the developmental and clinical areas of psychology. His research interests center on improving relational satisfaction and stability. Prior to joining ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ, Wu worked for over a decade in university counseling centers, providing counseling to undergraduate and graduate students at UCSD and Northeastern University. He received his master's and doctorate degrees in counseling and consulting psychology from Harvard University. He has served in church youth ministry with junior high and college students, and as a licensed psychologist, he maintains a private practice (Celebration Counseling), which focuses on adults and couples. He and his wife have been married over 25 years, and they have two sons who introduced him to the yoyo.
