Educational Access Center
Our Mission
To promote access for all members of the ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ community by facilitating self-advocacy, removing barriers, providing resources for learning, and creating a culture that honors each person's unique, God-given gifts. (1 Corinthians 12:4-28)
Our Purpose
The ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ Educational Access Center (EAC) is the point of contact regarding disability-related needs for ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ undergraduate and graduate students. The EAC assists current and incoming students with accessing and participating in ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ programs and activities by establishing an official Accommodation Plan (AP). Activities include student success seminars, a mentoring program, a student club, a self-advocacy course, study spaces, and testing services. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ prohibits discrimination and harassment against a qualified individual with a disability.
